Sign In Instructions
For Current USPS Employees
Your Username is your Employee Identification Number.
For New Retirees
Your Username is your Employee Identification Number. Your APWU membership number will be visible in your profile after you join the Retirees Department.
For Retiree Members and Private Sector Members
Your APWU membership number will serve as your Username. The number is printed on your membership card, which is mailed to you annually.
For Associate Members
Your APWU associate membership number will serve as your Username. The number is printed on your invoice, which is mailed to you annually.
Password
Your temporary password is your last name followed by the last four digits of your social security number. Enter your last name exactly as it appears on your pay stub. If your last name has a suffix (such as Jr. or III), do not include it as part of your password. After you log in for the 1st time, you must change your password.
Example: "John Q. Smith Jr." - Employee ID = 01234567, SSN=1234-45-9999
Username: 01234567
Password: Smith9999
Problems signing in?
You will not be able to sign in to the Members Only area if the security settings on your computer are set to block "cookies". A cookie is a small file that our server places on your computer to help the server recognize you as a member. If you have a problem logging-in, please check and adjust the privacy settings for internet browser.
If you are unable to sign in as instructed, send an e-mail to MyUnionInfoHelp@apwu.org.
Provide the following information to help us determine the source of the problem:
- Your full name (exactly as it appears on your pay stub).
- Your USPS Employee Identification Number, or for APWU Retiree, APWU Private Sector and Associate Members, please use your membership number.
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- Your current password, if known.
